The AQHA Regional Championship Horse Show was
designed to be a fun and relaxed horse show competition that offers
something for everyone.
AQHA Professional Horseman put on the most informative and enjoyable
free clinics. The evening social gathering is a great place to meet and
chat with other Quarter Horse enthusiast.
Region Six Mission Statement
The R6AQHA exists for the purpose of uniting all affiliates in Region
Six into one source to reach all current and potential American Quarter
Horse owners.
R6AQHA will create and develop regional programs, ACTIVITIES and EVENTS
to benefit each affiliates in Region Six equally.
R6AQHA shall serve as a clearinghouse for affiliate’s information;
one place to find information about all the Region Six Affiliates.
The purpose of R6AQHA is to aid its member affiliates in the
Marketing of the American Quarter Horse as a breed in any and all
matters as may pertain to the history, breeding, exhibition,
publicity, sale, racing or improvements of the breed throughout the
area comprising Region Six AQHA.
Two members from each affiliate in the region make up the Region Six
Board of Directors with the Executive committee positions being voted on
by the Board. The Board has one annual meeting per year at the Northeast
Equine Affaire held in Springfield, Mass and holds additional conference
calls to plan, develop and manage the Regional Championship show each
year.
